When i was opening a pack the internet cut and i lost it i did not get anything cause of the ea server internet and i have 5g internet

Hey, the gift reward item would not disappear, even if the game crashes or you get disconnected. If you check the Featured tab on the left-hand side of the menu, you can see whether the reward has already been claimed.
