Screenshot? Also clearing cache does help a lot with random Android issues. Make sure you link your account 1st.
I’ve got the same issue on IPhone. Cache cleanup, application reinstall, nothing helped.
No reply from anyone from EA. I have asked the support via app, again nothing. Very disappointing :(
