Missing or Failed Purchases

In the end, I didn't get the FC Points back, and I also lost points in the VS match, putting me in the negative. Surely they'll restore them, right?？😊😊😊

First of all, I purchased 500 FC Points (worth about $100), but only 300 were added to my account; the rest never arrived despite my payment. Also, during a VS match, the game froze and forced a shutdown—even though my network connection was perfectly stable. I had worked hard to reach a high rank, so if I lose the match and drop in stars because of this, I really expect you to restore them.
