Hello,
I have a problem with the Shop in FC Mobile.
For about two weeks, the Shop only shows a black screen on my account. All other game modes work normally, and I can play without any issues.
I have tested another account on the same phone, and the Shop works perfectly there. This means the problem only affects my account.
My account is linked to Facebook, and I am a free-to-play player.
Could you please check my account and help me resolve this issue?
