It’s been a week and I’d really appreciate some acknowledgment and compensation for this glitch.
What does it take to get a little customer service? It’s been over a week and a half since I first reported this bug and I can’t seem to get any acknowledgment. By my reckoning, 50 shards is equivalent to about $4 based on the current $$$->FC Point->shard exchange rate, so it’s not as though this bug is nothing. To be clear, I don’t want money, I just want the shards I won fair and square.
The cost to EA to make a situation like this right is almost nothing and the good faith it buys is immeasurable. Conversely, the ill will (and lack of faith) it engenders when EA fails to address basic bugs that materially harm users is equally immeasurable. Because we read each other’s posts in here and we talk in our leagues and nobody talks louder or more frequently than customers who’ve been wronged by a multi-million dollar company. Do the right thing and fix this!
