NOT ABLE TO CLAIM GLORIOUS ERA 112 OVR FREE CARD

I completed all the task and afterwards I wasn't able to claim the card as i was not able to claim those cards because of some bug

Hello EA team, I know you're tired, but I have a question. Regarding the recent FC Mobile event, I completed all the missions, but why didn't I receive the in-game footballers?
