Not able to claim the rewards in Chiellini chapter

I completed all the challenges yet for some reason I am not able to claim those 3 challenges rewards. It's showing locked on those 3 even if it's showing completed. This is the only place I am facing...

I completed all of the missions in the Chiellini chapter, but I do not know why, I can not get three of them! That is so annoying, because one of the rewards is Mascherano and I really need him now!
