I had bought a player named beukema from store by money now i don't no how he is untradable please fix it as soon as possible

Pictures? Have you activated him in team badge tab?
Yes the exact same problem with the same player and also another one is grealish I can’t sell him after I bought them for money at marketplace but this problem faced me at my iPhone
