Not defined error

Hi ea what happend to my account talapz whenever I tried to join the game it keeps saying not defined please fix these I need to claim my free 113-116 the worlds game player

    • What device are you using?
    •  What OS version is installed on your device?
    • When does the "Not defined" error appear exactly? 
    • Are you able to share a screenshot of the error message?
    •  Does the issue occur on Wi-Fi, mobile data, or both?
