Open pack but don't receive player
Today, I opened 2.500 gems pack and I received player on this pack, then I open pack 7.500 gems (at 14/1 /2026 about 11:15 AM GMT+7) but I don't recieve any player maybe my players over 1200. So I lost 7.500 gems but don't receive any player. How can I have support from EA Support Team
