Payment error

Hello EA Support,

 

I am unable to make in-game purchases in FC Mobile.  

I am logged in with the correct Google Play account, and my payment method is active.

Please help me unlock in-game purchases.

    Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. Could you please share the exact error message you’re seeing when you try to make a purchase? If possible, feel free to add a screenshot to your post. It will help us understand what’s happening.

    Also, have you tried making the purchase through the FC Mobile webstore instead?
