It sounds like your payment didn't register with Google Play if you can't see a transaction in your Google Play Payment History. I'd recommend contacting Google Play support and asking them to check for the log that shows you were debited 149rs, as you noticed you were charged but you can't see a log of the charge in your payment history, which means the charge didn't register but you're still out 149.
They may ask you for Proof of Payment if they can't see the 149 being debited, so it may help speed things up to have that ready to go. Google Play shares this guide to walk you through what information they need to look into purchase issues in Google Play:
The hope is that they will either a) refund the charge so you can try it again or, b) help the charge show in your payment history so you can gather the proof of purchase the EA support team needs to look into your missing content claim and help you from there.
