Payment Successful but Player Bundle Not Received – IDR 20,000

Hello EA Support,

 

I purchased a player bundle for IDR 20,000 in EA SPORTS FC Mobile. The payment was successful, and I have proof of the transaction. However, the bundle and its rewards have not been delivered to my account.

 

I have attached the payment receipt as proof of purchase.

 

Could you please verify my transaction and help me receive the bundle I paid for?
