Penalty bug

To EA Sports FC Mobile, there's a penalty bug where I've already won a match in the scouting camp. I've waited several hours, and the match is still running, and the bug persists. After I exit, the match doesn't count, or the match I won is forfeited, and I don't receive any prizes in the final scouting camp. Please fix this, as it's very detrimental to me. If necessary, you can provide compensation and an apology on my account. Thank you.
