Ping problem in h2h

Hello ea sports   I am facing ping problem since yesterday in my game in   all modes but h2h especially  even after wifi I can't play any match properly  earlier ping used to  between 40 to 80 but now  suddenly it remain sometimes 30 ,40 and then suddenly 999+ I don't understand anything I reduced my graphics  changes the wifi and also try with mobile network I checked my internet speed it is 40 mbps in wifi plz help me ea
