Please Address the Growing Pay-to-Win Gap in Ultimate Team

I really want to continue with the game but as I go to higher leagues there are players who have spent lots of money and has much better players. EA has almost made it impossible to play the game without paying real money. No free or cheap players are good, some opponents I face has players with insane pace, my players are not even close. There are too many players playing passive or something or there may be bugs. Please adress the issue or I cannot help but leave the game after playing actively for soo many years.
