Hi there, Sorry you’re dealing with repeated crashes of the game on your device. Here are some troubleshooting steps that often help in similar situations:

Force close the app
Clear the app cache
Restart your phone
Update Android (if any updates are pending)
Make sure you have at least 2–5 GB of free storage
Test the game on both Wi-Fi and mobile data, or even using a different network

If the game still crashes, try clearing the app storage or reinstalling the game. Before doing that, make sure your game is linked to your EA, Google Play, or Facebook account so your progress stays safe.
