Pls take this seriously

I am not getting any good players since the drafts started i only got 1 pool A.This is happening most of the f2p players and all f2p will agree.We need our shard system back.The division rivals is very laggy my id name is HEROESADDISONTEA pls bring the shards and the packs back.I hop everyone supports me and EA pls take this seriously

Phase 2 Tokens replaced Shards, and conversion rates to get Phase 2 Tokens are pretty bad, that's the issue.
Store packs had no pity counter (100 drafts to get a good card). DR can be laggy, its dependant on where you are and where your opponents are.
