Hello EA Support Team,
I’m contacting you regarding my EA SPORTS FC Mobile account.
When I first started the game, I accidentally entered an incorrect date of birth, which caused my account to be marked as underage. Because of this, I am unable to link my account to Google Play, Facebook, or an EA Account, and the account linking options are completely locked.
I would like to request a correction of my age to the correct date of birth so that I can link my account properly and secure my progress.

I'm afraid we on the forums do not have the tools to support account-related requests.
You should be able to change your date of birth by logging into your EA account and visiting the Account Information page. If you've tried that already and it denied your edit, you'll need to create a case to contact EA Help. The support team will get in touch with you through email and work with you to change your account details. Please note that the team's response time may vary due to the holidays, so you may need to hang in there for a bit. Thanks!
