POTM EXCHANGE BUG
I am not able to exchange any POTM player even after the exchange conditions are satisfied. Please fix it as soon as possible.

@pd2u72aphgwl I did not wanted to use that exchange since it is expensive (wanted last time Palmer 102). But I strongly believe that you can use ranked player but it will COUNT their base ovr.
