Problem purchasing FIFA points error:20005

Hello,

I’m having an issue when trying to buy FC Points in FC Mobile.

Every time I attempt a purchase, I get an error message with the code 20005 (u0cx4R7_Tt6bBqPM6hObGA).

The game tells me to log in to my application store account, but I’m already logged in to Google Play.

I’ve tried restarting the game, clearing the cache, and switching accounts, but the problem still persists.

Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Since you made two posts and this one has more detail, try going to https://store.fcm.ea.com/ and log in with your game account, then check if you can make your FP purchase there. The FCM store portal should sync with your in-game store.
