Problem with diy player profile.

I cannot claim a DIY player profile  in the 2nd anniversary event from reward 1. It says to change the amount of quantities. Please fix the bug as i cannot claim the free 110 player as i only have 13 player profile out of 14. Kindly help me please. my account name is Just.ZayN_ and my uid is 557997229762363393.
