Problems with the BRIGHTLIGHTS code redemption and the webstore.

Hello Support Team I'm having trouble receiving my gift when I redeemed the new code "BRIGHTLIGHTS." I was successful on the code redemption site, but when I entered the game, I didn't receive anything. I hope this issue is resolved as soon as possible. Have a nice day!

Team EA I didn't received my gift for BRIGHTLIGHTS but it is showing "The offer is limited to one redemption code per player" please solve this problem as soon as possible 

When i entred the code: BRIGHTLIGHTS it said that its already redeemed (reward is limited 1 code per account) while i didnt get anything.

Hello Ea sports I am a fc mobile user, seeing today 20 October 2025 there was a new redeem code released called "BRIGHTLIGHTS". When I redeem the code it was not redeemed and the site from where you redeem the code said the code is can be used once by a player and I don't know if it lagged or something but the code was not even redeemed when I got this message. I am a very experienced player my ID name is cristianoronaldo and I am a 116 ovr please help me and solve this problem so I can redeem the code. Thank you Fc mobile if you solve the problem

I'm putting the redeem code which you have gaven now 'BRIGHTLIGHTS' i redeemed at 2pm itself but still not yet received the rewards in my account when I try to re attempt the code to redeem it is showing that offer is limited 

Please give the rewards

Same here. Didn't receive reward after it said that there was an error. When I went to do it again in, this time it said that I can only be redeemed once. Checked my inbox multiple times and no reward. Would like 1500 gems seeing that im a daily user
