Purchase Pending Issue - Missing FC Points (FC Mobile Web Store)
I am writing to report a critical issue regarding two recent purchases made on the EA Sports FC Mobile Web Store (store.fcm.ea.com) where the transaction status remains perpetually "Purchase Pending," preventing me from receiving the purchased FC Points.
Issue Details:
Problem: Two separate FC Point packs were purchased, but the status of both transactions has been stuck on "Purchase Pending" for an extended period, despite my account having sufficient funds.
Platform: EA Sports FC Mobile Web Store (store.fcm.ea.com)
Affected Items:
Pack 1: Web One-Time Offer (1000 FC Points) - Price: Tk 225
Pack 2: Black Friday Pack (1000 FC Points) - Price: Tk 350
Transaction Status: As seen in the attached screenshot, both purchases are showing the status "Purchase Pending."
Payment Status: My account balance is correct, and I am still awaiting confirmation on whether the amount has been deducted or if the transaction failed. I am unable to initiate a new purchase while these are pending.
Troubleshooting Performed:
I have waited for a significant amount of time (specifying the duration, e.g., "over 24 hours").
I have logged in and out of the FC Mobile game application and the web store.
I have previously tried to contact customer support but have not received a resolution yet.
Required Action:
I kindly request that you investigate these two pending transactions immediately. Please either:
Confirm the payment and credit the 2000 FC Points (1000 from each pack) to my EA FC Mobile account.
Cancel both pending transactions immediately so I can attempt the purchase again without being charged multiple times.
