Purchased Star Pass and did not receive rewards

Platform:Android Phone
What's your device's make and model? Redmi note 9 pro
What's your device's firmware? I dont know
What is your game version? I dont know
In what game mode did the bug occur? Store
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What happens when the bug occurs? I bought the Star Pass, but I haven't received the rewards yet. Any ideas?
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) Now

    Dear EA,

    I purchased starpass from you today. You mentioned that it could take up to 24 hours between the purchase and the credit. My question is, if the purchase is credited tomorrow, will I still receive today's rewards? Because the starpass expires today, and I would feel somewhat cheated by this situation.

    Furthermore, it's quite frustrating that nobody seems to care about what's happening. I'm paying for something I don't receive, and I don't even get proper information about the situation. I have to talk to a chatbot that can't provide any help. It's a complete joke.

    I genuinely don't understand why, if you know about the error, you don't fix it. Why should I spend hours trying to get what I paid for or get a refund? Please resolve this as soon as possible, as you're on the verge of losing me as a customer. If you cared, you would have already resolved it.

  • @EA_Solaire I've tried everything, including in-game chat. No one is helping; everyone is just deflecting responsibility and ignoring my problem.

    Here are the facts: I paid for something I didn't receive, so I've been ripped off. And now I have to chase my money for days.

    I've submitted all the data, screenshots, and information, but nothing has happened since then.

    EA support is terrible, no matter what anyone says.

    The problem is, you can't even guarantee that if I buy it again, I won't have the same issue. So why should I trust you?
  • Can't claim rewards in Star Pass. Also, I can't claim daily reward in UCL daily quests (finished them all).

    @fuzzballerko You have claimed all free rewards in star pass. If you want the ones from the top row you need to buy premium pass.
    UCL rewards is probably again wrongly implemented. I think there is no reward to claim after completing because nobody has an option to claim anything. @mendozzamagic any info about UCL?

    @Kosaraska1994 Are you sure you bought that pass? I think there was no option to buy that pass. Maybe you bought Conmebol pass?
