Purchased Summer Premium Star Pass with 499 Silver but it disappeared

Hello EA Team,

Today I purchased 499 Silver from the FC Mobile Webstore. The Silver was successfully delivered to my account.

I used all 499 Silver to purchase the Summer Premium Star Pass Ticket (not the Bundle). My Silver balance is now 0.

After purchasing it, I noticed that the Summer Star Pass disappeared from the Store. Now I only see the Premium Star Pass Ticket (999 Silver) and Premium Star Pass Ticket Bundle (1999 Silver).

My Summer Premium Star Pass is still locked, and the Star Pass page still shows the "PURCHASE" button instead of unlocking the Premium Rewards.

Please check my account and verify my purchase. If this is a bug, please activate my Summer Premium Star Pass or restore my purchase.

    This needs to be reported via the in-game ticket, stating that purchased content is missing. Forums can't help with transactions.

    However, I think you got Star Passes mixed up. The one with Buffon from your screenshots for this event is 999 silvers, the one you seem to have bought is the summer pass, the one that gives you Paul Pogba
