@myopkit2 Are you sure you have opened and claimed each of those frozen nodes?

My end claim didn’t open until I have opened each of the three nodes on each section

    Yes,but still not receive it yet,i think this is bug

    @myopkit2 Then contact customer service and tell them that you have missing rewards - don’t mention the word bug, they will just send you here.

    There are no other reports of the end claim not opening, so it might be an account issue, which only customer service can fix.

    Have you tried clearing your device caches and logging back in?

    I have finished all the steps method and just wait,aman ask me to wait or find methods on this website,not work and I need to send this post on here🙄smh

    @myopkit2 It would be good if you post a picture that can show all the rewards. One pic would be half with skill games visible and the other the rest.

    @myopkit2 yep - as @Sanyosa has mentioned - from what you have provided we can't tell if each node of the frozen balls has been claimed.

    Unfortunately too, the screen shot you show of the end claim is exactly how mine looks having claimed the reward (i claimed a Mascherano), so there is not much we can diagnose on the forums.

    What i can tell you is that there is no indication that there is an issue with the claim, and there have not as far as i can tell been any other reports of the issue.

    I know this might sound like a silly question, but you do know that you can only claim one of the end prizes? (i only ask because it has happened before)

    What I want to say is that I have clearly known all the steps,all the information,and tried to use all the methods I have known in FC Mobile. Just stop passing the buck on me; this is not my fault. I can show all the photos, but the figure doesn't show that I have claimed the reward, and I haven't claimed the reward at all.

    @myopkit2 not passing the buck mate - we don't have access to your game data, so are just trying to work out what we can from what we know.

    That first screen, the one that shows the daily tasks, does not lock until you have selected your reward.

    Per what i mentioned earlier, the Arctic Soldier reward section does not show a tick once you have selected the prize - it is clearly a visual bug though, because i did receive the mascherano that i selected and there have been no other reports so far that i know of.

    Everything that you have shown in your screen shots is consistent with what is showing in my game, including the reward screen for Arctic Soldier.

    The one screen shot you have not shown is the gathering rewards screen from the "main" tab in the heroes event - can you please also drop a screen shot of that section so that we can confirm that it is not picking up that the reward has been received.

    I can then send on to the team and they can investigate further.

    @myopkit2 OK - so you could claim that reward on the main screen that otherwise doesn't open until an end reward item from the Artic Soldier screen has been claimed ...

    As i mentioned earlier, not something that seems to have been reported by anyone else, so its likely an account specific issue and you need to contact customer service and tell them you have "rewards not received" and ask them to check your game logs to see what happened to the reward.

    As previously mentioned, customer service doesn’t solve my problem; I can say the service is the worst I have ever seen. They changed totally three people to talk with me; I need to explain again and again in three days. As you mentioned, he checks the daily reward recording. He checked on the 90 rudger, not the 91 one. I think the service doesn't want to be responsible for my account. As a result, I need some people's suggestions here.

    @myopkit2 I completed the quest today. Visual display is the samr as yours. I have claimed Macherano but it isn't ticked. Also I claimed the reward in the first chapter as you have. That wouldn't be possible if you haven't claimed that Mascherano.

    You can try your luck with customer service for missing rewards. My experience is you won't get any help/solution.

    I also can not receive the Riise reward.

    How do I over come this?

    Also my phones screen shots are too large to attach?
