Re: Game froze at the start of matches.

    Product: EA SPORTS FC Mobile
    Platform:Android Phone
    What's your device's make and model? Realme GT 2
    What's your device's firmware? Android 13
    What is your game version? 20.0.03
    In what game mode did the bug occur? H2H
    How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
    What happens when the bug occurs? After a game, it always freezes when I try to play head-to-head with one of my buddies. The only method to play numerous times is to exit the game and start over, which is really annoying if we want to play again. It works perfectly the first time we play, but every time we try to play for a little while longer, it freezes. Do something about this. And this happens in multiple devices. Given the Last time this happened but it always happens this way

    After a game, it always freezes when I try to play head-to-head with one of my buddies. The only method to play numerous times is to exit the game and start over, which is really annoying if we want to play again.

    @RuthlessFeanor Another ine tonight.
    @mendozzamagic could you referr this to someone? Its getting pretty hard to play more than 3 h2h matches without this freeze ant then network connection eventhoug connection works fine.

    @EA_Illium Already did that for many issues. I also clear cache on android 5 times a day to make sure its not causing errors.

    Also, there is no connection problem on my side. When the game freezes like this and I have to force close it or get disconnected, I immediately open another app and the connection works fine. Not to mention I have mobile network turned on as a backup to eliminate connection issue.

    Whenever I want or give the finishing shoot
    That's when the game hangs and immediately gets kicked out of the game on mobile home

  • When I shoot the ball in any mode in the game, the screen stops, as in the picture, but the game continues to play ، I got this error in the VSA attack and vs computer , I tried clearing and re-downloading the game and clearing the cache and nothing changed , Knowing that the problem has been in the game since yesterday. What can I do to solve this problem ?

    Same problem here. The game frozen when i try to press "shoot" or take the free kick. Some players are also posted this issue in "Report Bugs".

    Still frozen after clear cache / reinstall the game / restart my phone. Sometimes, the apps will shut down immediately. Those typical suggestion above is useless.

    So, I think it can only be fixed by an update from EA. It only happens in these few days.

  • Same problem here. But not only H2H game. It happens even vs computer or skill match.

    @EA_Illium  So another pvp h2h challenge and the freeze happens on the final match. Any info from EA are you working on this issue? DM if you need UID

  • Still 0 help from you guys? It has been over a month already and you guys can't even fix this stupid problem? In the mean time, new bugs arrises. Ah maybe because it doesn't bring you guys any money, then why bother fixing it, right? Typical EA.

    • Are you playing on Cell Data or Wifi? Cell because it’s faster
    • Have you tried another device? No
    • Do you get any error messages? Frozen screen last forever so no error messages
    • Do you have any pending updates? No. My phone have latest iOS 17 updated

    My error usually occuree after i click play on H2H. Screen goes dark and not showing the matching opponent page. Suddenly screen goes dim while showing player entering the field. Then suddenly it becomes bright and become frozen at kick off. This freeze last forever. 

    it happens for my every second h2h match. Need to restart game every time i want to play a match if i want to guarantee it works. 

    I’ve even deleted 1/3 of the apps in my phone and do all the troubleshooting and still not working. Many people faced this so surely its from the EA side.
     

    i’ve spent hundreds of dollars on your fifa point and now it’s unplayable. I might try to find a way if i can get back my money spent on broken game.
