Re: Suspended for no reason [0x00002710]

My FC Mobile account has been banned and I don't know why. Please unban me as soon as possible or I will delete the game from my device permanently. My email address is [edit: email address removed]

We can't investigate ban appeals through the EA forums. Our Terms of Service team assists players with bans and suspensions. They can investigate this for you if you send in a ban appeal. Please follow the steps I shared above in the pinned post at the top of this thread.

My account was suspended, but I believe this is a mistake as I follow all Fair Play rules. Please review my account activity and lift the suspension. Thank you."

Our Terms of Service can take a look into this for you. Follow these steps to send in a ban appeal to them, and they'll investigate the ban:

If you’re a mobile player, can’t sign in to your EA Account, or don’t see the violation you want to appeal listed in the Penalty History tool, use this webform instead.

Open the webform.

Fill out the form with as much detail as possible.

Select Submit.

Then select Email us.

Your case will be sent to our dedicated team for review. You can expect an email from noreply@ea.com within 10 days, though sometimes it takes longer. The email will give you more information about our decision and how to dispute it if you think we’ve made a mistake.
