Redeem code bug

Hello, I know you’re probably not going to read this, but I put in the redeem code yesterday and didn’t receive my rewards, but when i tried again it said it’s limited to 1 redeem only but i didn’t receive it, can you fix it or can you tell me how i can fix it?
