Redeem Code Error

When we first tried to redeem the code RAMADANKAREEM it was showing has heavy server load and many players are trying to redeem so please try again after 10-20 minutes but when i tried to repeat it after 30 minutes it is showing an error as this code can only be used once per account when I have never redeemed it in the first place.
