Redeem code error

"My EA ID and Google Play accounts are perfectly linked, and my region matches. However, the web redemption portal gives me a permanent 'invalid/expired' error for every single promotional code released (including the recent COSTUMEPARTY and BALLONDOR70 codes). This is a recurring database sync bug on my profile. Please reset or verify my UID linkage on your backend web servers so I can redeem codes."
