- Make sure date and time are correct on your device
- Make sure your region is set correctly
- Give it some time, as the purchase may still be processing.
If the item still hasn’t arrived after that, you’ll need to reach out to the in-game support team with as much detail as possible. The team can check your account and help with missing purchases.
