Redeem code

When I try to redeem the code, it shows that my account is unlinked... but it is actually linked.

    Hey a_alsh3bi​ It’s possible you’re signed into a different account on the website than the one you linked in-game. Please check any other email addresses / EA accounts you may have used and see if that helps.

There's no need for that... I deleted the game... the game became bad... I hope the game returns to how it was before... its errors and problems have increased.
