I looked into it, and the 3 codes "JOIASFESTIVAS”, “MostWonderfulTime”, and “Komintatorid" have expired. You are having issues redeeming them because they are no longer redeemable.

Ok, that helps me understand what's happening for you. A few other players were asking about those codes, too, so I've merged your thread into this one to help keep posts on this together.
I've looked into those codes and the reason you're not able to redeem them now is because they have expired.
