Repeated Player from 105–111 Pack in Ragnarok Event – Possible Bug

Hello EA Support,

I’m reaching out regarding an issue I’ve encountered with the Ragnarok Event in FC Mobile. Since the start of the event last week, I’ve used gems to open the 105–111 rated player pack (costing 3000 gems each time). However, I’ve consistently received the exact same 105-rated player – Kevin Vogt – on multiple occasions, including today when the second week of the event began. This feels unfair given the cost of the packs and the expectations set by the event.

I’d appreciate if this could be looked into to confirm whether this is a known bug or an issue with my account specifically.
