Black screen

I am experiencing an issue with FIFA Mobile where the game does not load properly. After launching the game, I get a black screen and it does not proceed to the login screen.

Device: OnePlus (Snapdragon processor)

Android Version: Android 14

I have already tried reinstalling the game multiple times, clearing cache and data, and using different networks, but the issue still persists.

The game works normally on another device using the same account and network, so the problem seems to be specific to this device.

Please help resolve this issue as soon as possible.
