Since the game works on another device with the same account and network, this looks more like a device-specific issue, possibly related to how the game initializes on Android 14 or with certain OnePlus configurations.

At this point, try restarting your device completely (power it off for a few minutes, not just a quick restart), then launch the game again. Also make sure the game has all permissions enabled in your phone settings, especially storage and network access.

If you’re using any system features like Game Mode, screen overlays, or performance boosters, try disabling them temporarily and test again - they can sometimes cause a black screen on launch.

Hello, I've tried all the solutions and none of them worked for meI did a factory reset and it didn't work. 

Just I click on the EA account button and I get this screen and can't log in 

No every time the game is about to log in theres a black screen
