Repeatedly getting premier league tag in Dr rewards
Literally every tag from division rivals is the premier league tag, I think this is a bug, I haven't gotten a single overall tag from Dr (ex. 112+ 113) (Dr=division rivals)

Update: I have not used the "Exchange Store" so far, nor have I used any tag, and my current standings are:
69x PL tag
12x 112+ tag
3x 113+ tag
So that means that for me, I have 82.14% (82 1/7) PL tags.
One thing where I am a bit lucky, is that on the last day of the previous event, I played 15 DR matches and didn't claim those rewards - which converted into 15 tags at the start of this event (as opposed to previous event points). This was not intentional, but I'm not complaining over it either :)
Yet I think it would feel quite a bit less bad if one would get one OVR tag on average per three matches. You'd still feel that there are too many league tags, but get to open a pack more frequently. And it kind of makes sense maybe, assuming that next week we only get Bundesliga tags and no more PL tags - so then at least you have some extra PL tags to spare. But EA have overdone that a bit with the current probabilities... 😉
You get tags for only 3 matches per mode, so thats 9 games overall a day. How did you get 15 tags? Is there a bug?
No, this happened on the first day of the event. In previous events, you got rewards for 5 matches per type of DR. For the UEFA DC event you got event tokens. These somehow were converted to TOTS tags by the time I claimed the rewards.
