Request for Suspension review
Hello EA Team,
I am writing to request a review of a suspension placed on my FC Mobile account. When attempting to log in, I receive a ban notification that does not display any details or duration, and my EA Penalty History shows no information related to the issue. Because of this, I am unable to understand what triggered the suspension. I kindly ask for my account to be reviewed to confirm whether the detection was accurate or if an error may have occurred. This account is important to me, and I would appreciate any clarification or guidance on the next steps to resolve the situation.

The steps for mobile players to appeal a ban are a bit different and don't require using the Penalty History. I'll pop them below:
If you’re a mobile player, can’t sign in to your EA Account, or don’t see the violation you want to appeal listed in the Penalty History tool, use this webform instead.
- Open the webform.
- Fill out the form with as much detail as possible.
- Select Submit.
- Then select Email us.
Your case will be sent to our dedicated team for review. You can expect an email from noreply@ea.com within 10 days, though sometimes it takes longer. The email will give you more information about our decision and how to dispute it if you think we’ve made a mistake.
