Request to ea for giving my items back...

I have faced a big bug. I got 113 rated eusebio and 112 shevecheko. I ranked them max. Then i put them in the team.my 115 ovr team got 116 ovr. I have invested 4200 rank up points to rank up these 2 players. But in the next day i saw that these 2 players got disappeared. I'm requesting ea to give my players back with 4200 rank up points,100k gems,100k league tokens. If they didnt got me i will get them 0 star rating with a bad review in play store.
