Resource download error

Hi, each time I play the club challenge(world game event) the game gets stuck and says about a resource error. I have another problem of nor recirving my weekly leaderboard awards I got the one that you get in the vsa and h2h after clicking on it and not the one in the mail box. I am sure I was on the leaderboard and I want the gems to get drafts and ultimately star shards. Plz check over those error as it has already happened when I played ucl event before tots(only gem one).
