Resource download error

I cannot play ANY game, from division rival to events to football center, resource download error is what I get, this has been going on for days now and I have more than enough storage.

Hello EA Support,

 

I'm experiencing a serious issue with FC Mobile. Whenever I try to enter any match, I receive the error message "RESOURCE DOWNLOAD ERROR (0x000003E8)".

 

This issue has caused me to lose 6 Head to Head matches.

 

My device is Redmi 15C, and I'm using MTN 4G. I have more than 10 GB of free storage and have already cleared the game's cache, but the problem continues.

 

Please investigate this issue and help me resolve it.
