Rewards for adverts not working
The Disney+ advert doesn't recognise as being watched so it's impossible to get the gems from the daily tasks or from the section in the store. Good job EA, I expect it won't be fixed this side of Christmas 🙄

Hey there! Just to confirm, have you already tried restarting your device or clearing your cache data to see if that helps resolve the problem? Also, were you able to receive gems from other ads on your account before this one?
Done the cache clear and restart. Had the same issue with another device too.
Been able to watch the videos and claim the rewards fine when another type of video shows, it's just the Disney+ one that does it. Feel like I had a similar issue with certain adverts not working before in the past too
