Hey there! Just to confirm, have you already tried restarting your device or clearing your cache data to see if that helps resolve the problem? Also, were you able to receive gems from other ads on your account before this one?

Done the cache clear and restart. Had the same issue with another device too.
Been able to watch the videos and claim the rewards fine when another type of video shows, it's just the Disney+ one that does it. Feel like I had a similar issue with certain adverts not working before in the past too

Does anybody have issues collecting gems when the adverts is for the Disney Channel?
