Rewards not given

Hello EA Support,

I have reached FC Champion II rank in FC Mobile, and I was supposed to receive a free Premium Pass (Star Pass). However, I still see the "Buy" button instead of unlocking the Premium rewards.

I restarted the game and checked the store, but the Premium Pass is not activated.

Could you please check and help activate the free Premium Pass for my account?
