Royal pass purched but not receiver
Hello,
I purchased the new Royal Pass through the Google Play Store. The payment was successfully processed and the money was deducted from my account. However, the Royal Pass did not appear in my game and I did not receive any of the associated rewards.
I have already tried restarting the game and checking my account, but the issue is still present.
Please look into this issue and help me receive the Royal Pass or process a refund if necessary.
