In the worlds came even at the national call section 4th week quest called play with three world games player in the starting 11 of your team to get rule breaker emote after completing 5 times or 5 matches and I claimed the emote but it is not showing in my locker room kindly rectifying give a compensation for this bug .
There are multiple issues with this week's quests, and these are being worked on.
Mine does appear after claiming, so it does work for some. I suspect that you must have picked yours just before the content update, which could have corrupted the claim. I'd wait for now. Please follow the main thread for updates.
