Server Sync Error Wiped 59k Star Shards - Support Chat Refuses to Escalate

Hello Community Managers,I am posting here because EA Live Help has repeatedly closed my tickets and chat sessions, refusing to escalate a major technical server error.On May 14, 2026, my balance of 59,064 Star Shards completely vanished from my account. I earned these through weeks of grinding the TOTS event, spending premium Gems, and completing Star Pass milestones.I did not spend them. My in-game 'Item History' shows absolutely zero shard debits. When I contact support, they claim "no log is found." This is exactly the bug: the server suffered a database desync and failed to write my local client data to the main server, wiping my balance without creating a transaction log.I have attached clear, undeniable screenshot proof of my 59,064 balance right before the wipe. I need a Community Manager to manually review this and escalate it to a Tier 2 team for a manual compensation credit. My player experience has been completely ruined by this unfair treatment. Thank you.
