Severe Gameplay Lag and Delayed Controls Despite Low Ping

Hello EA Support,

I've been experiencing severe gameplay performance issues in FC Mobile for approximately one week.

My internet connection previously worked perfectly, and I could play H2H matches without any noticeable problems.

However, recently:

• H2H matches have become extremely sluggish and almost unplayable.
• My ping is usually below 50 ms.
• Player movements and animations appear relatively smooth, but controls feel delayed.
• Switching graphics to Low did not solve the problem.
• The issue affects all online modes.
• Both my Vodafone Wi-Fi and mobile data have problems.
• I started noticing this issue around the FC Mobile update.

Device: POCO X8 Pro
Game: FC Mobile 27

I would appreciate it if your technical team could investigate whether this is related to a game-side performance issue, server problems, or something else.
