Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Reward Luck, Spin Results and Matchmaking

 

To: EA SPORTS FC Mobile Support Team

 

I hereby submit this formal complaint regarding repeated issues I have experienced with my FC Mobile account.

 

Over approximately 20–30 recent Attack vs Attack matches, I have repeatedly been matched against highly difficult opponents. I am requesting that my matchmaking history be reviewed to determine whether my account has experienced any abnormal matchmaking pattern.

 

I would also like to formally report my concerns regarding spins and rewards. Despite spending a significant amount of Gems, I have consistently received low-value rewards. Throughout the history of my account, I have received only one walkout, and I have not received a 120 OVR or higher player from my spins/rewards.

 

I understand that rewards may be determined randomly. However, due to the repeated nature of these results, I respectfully request EA to review my account's reward history, spin results, and matchmaking records and verify that the account is functioning correctly.

 

I request that this matter be investigated and that I receive an appropriate response regarding the findings.
