Shard exchange not working

“I’ve got 34 players from the Anniversary 2 event, but the Shard Exchange is only showing 22. Still have all 34 though!”

I have same issue. Some of the players don't appear in the exchange window.

I also have a glitch like that... I cannot exchange anniversary Division Rivals players.

1.There is a bug where i have anniversary player in inventory but i cannot exhange it to shard currency even i dont use the player

I saved a total of 1000 anniversary shards and now it's all gone.u have seen people face this problem to and to be honest it is very heartbreaking because all my efforts in grinding for the anniversary event is now gone ,so please I hope you can help me fix this 😭 🙏.

Same problem with me. I opened the game today and saw that I only had about 30  anniversary shards left.
